It means friends. Yet people being the sheeps that they are hear the word used to describe Bush and think it means evil or bad. I guess they use the word to be fashionable about it since it is used to describe the President yet they don't know the definition. Why do people use the word "cronie" yet they don't know the definition?

I have just purchased a new PC in China and asked the retailer to install the English version of windows. It arrived this morning, however when I connect the ADSL line I get a message saying that there is little or no connectivity, I can still access the internet although it is rather slow. I have tried running the diagnostic tool supplied with Windows to try and resolve the problem but it says that it cannot resolve my IP address. My internet connection does seem to be rather slow, is this what is causing the slow connection and how can I resolve the matter? Or is it possible that all of this is due to the earthquake off Taiwan two weeks ago?

I have ben reading all the controversy regarding the designers new show and it sound like classic water cooler TV. Apparently they wentto live on a rough housing estate to see if they could make it any better. From what Ive read they had hard time battling councils etc for more money to improve the place but their requests fell on stony ground. Sounds a bit like Jamies School Inners for houses.

We just brought home a beautiful 9wo tricolor papillon puppy. So far she's been wonderful, but it hasn't even been twenty four hours yet so... yeah. Anyways, just a few minutes ago she reaked out on me, pooed, and then went back to playing lap dog. I'm confused, is it normal when they:

Jump at doors they've never been through yipping and scratching, followed by a near by wall and then squating and pooing in the corner? It worried me a bit, but she seems fine now.

And she's going to the vet tomorrow, so "take her to the vet" responses would be a little pointless. Anybody got any input?

My cat has started urinating on everything. He even did this to my daughter (she is 21, not a child). The other cats smell the spots that he has urinated on and are following suit. Not sure if he is marking his territory or not. Any suggestions? The cats are staying so don't even mention getting rid of them!

I was a pretty short kid until around 9th grade, and then I started getting a lot taller. However, in high school, from about late 10th grade all the way through 12th, until now (I'm in my second year of college, so cumulatively that's 4 years), I have had a horrible sleeping schedule. I'm a night owl so I go oto bed late into the am. In HS I had to get up early so I would only get 4-6 hours of sleep. These days I can wake up a bit later since my job and college schedule allow it, but I go to bed even later, so I'm still getting a small amount of sleep. Like I said I'm 19, male, and I'm about 5'6"-5'7" and 115 pounds. The 4 other men in my family are much taller (including my dad) so height is in my genes. I would like to get back on a normal schedule, and I'm wondering...by getting much more sleep and being on a healthier schedule, is it possible that I will grow a little more, or is it too late and I'm doomed to be a shorty? I'm kicking myself for all that lost sleep. :(
