the point of living is to live till we get natural death. wipe out the thoughts of suicide from your mind. boy, you need a consultation with a therapist. don't bother about god. do good and be good.

I know exactly how you feel! I used to be obsessed with suicide attempts in the most painless ways too. I tried talking large doses of sleeping pills and cough medicine, but nothing worked. Then I figured: I simply cannot die! I sometimes wonder if it would still be best to kill myself, but life has gotten better. I have a friend who tried the same stuff I did and she was nearly dead when her sister found her. She was able to get professional help after multiple attempts and was evaluated by the government. I need the same kind of help. I suggest to you to keep on living, seek professional help, and live life the best that you can.
As for reincarnation, I don't believe that it is possible. Of course, it comes down to what you believe. If you know what God requires of you and you do it, when you die, you will be resurected, not to heaven, but back on earth. If you don't know what God requires of us and you die, you will be resurected back on earth during these "last days" and you will be given more time to learn about him and his will to be done on earth. If you don't change your ways, you will be in what the Bible calls "Ghenna", the final resting place for Satan, his demons, and all who disobey God's requirements. It's NOT a firey hell. You will be....dead and concious of nothing at all. That's the closest you will come to "reincarnation".
So it's not worth it now. Just get help from friends or anyone who even remotely cares for you. it helped me change my life for a greater good. Perhaps you could be the "ONE" to find a cure, stop racial profiling, or even end the war with Iraq. We all have a purpose. I found that out myself.
NOTE: I don't suggest any methods of how to commit suicide. I am only giving a past experience. I will not be in favor of suicide or on the opposing side. My stand is neutral and what ever happens will not be my fault.

You have to understand that life is a gift from God, and everything happens for a reason. You have to deal with the problems that comes up and find a way to take care of them one by one. Make a list with what is bothering you. Take each one and think : how did It happen? Was it my fault? (even if it was, you know not to repeat it) How do I fix it? Do that for each problem and take your time. In the meantime when you get THAT feeling just think away. Don't let it get to you! I know this because I'm struggling with some kind of depression also, but It's getting better. Enjoy life!!! It's the only one we get!!! Even if we get reincarnated, we don't remember much of this life!!!
And one last advice: Do something daily JUST FOR YOU!!! Whatever makes you happy!!!

Reincarnated as what? I haven't heard of anyone who has been reincarnated able to tell of thier previous life.
Want to kill yourself? do it by living a full productive life, be a father or mother and love them to the max, be there for them and enjoy the grandchildren.Participate in life and not slam the door on it.
Talk to someone a counsellor or a friend, you may feel down at the moment but you will be back on top. Do not allow depression to take over
