Lets face it.... money is A LOT.... And it CAN buy happiness... (or buy off unhappiness). I am not saying it like how it may sound but what I mean is that money can take away all financial burden, and all the matching stresses that result from not having enough. Money can help those in need, it can be used for good causes everywhere, it can and does save lives. Money can make life luxurious, it can make you and your family very comfortable. Money can feed you well. It can help that homeless family get back on their feet again. It can help find the cure to save the lives of children all over the globe. There is so much happiness that money can buy.
It is also the root of greediness. And I could go on and on about all the negatives that money supposedly causes, like crime, robberies, shootings, deaths, and so on, but I won't do that because in reality, its not the money that causes those problems.... it's the people who do... those who are so weak that they have no trace of character, or self respect, they become so selfish that they stop at nothing to get more of it... money. And they do so at any cost... including the lives of others.

Correct, money isn't everything but you need it to pay salary and buy stocks for business; buy presents and see a movie with your partner; in almost anything that brings happiness. Question: How about if you're in an island with no need for your money, or in a time when you're money is no longer tendered. Will you continue to live a happy life or be lonely forever?

no money isn't everything . for example sometimes u can have so much but still feel so alone ... family is everything so are r friends and the people who we love and love us ! money will buy u happiness for a short time

If money is the 'beat all, end all' then why are there so many mega billionaires out there that are miserable? These people go from relationship to relationship, never completely happy with what they have.
There are people of religions who give up all worldly goods, don't have money, and they are happy and content.

I do agree that money is an other important part of your life because that's your survival but that's NOT everything unless your a selfish Idi. then yeah money would be everything and if that's what makes you happy then good on you.

i cant choose one thing.coz according to me there should b balance in life, u may live alone with money all of ur life but it is a borring life. is this money get u love ? care 4 u? and all that which can we get our relatives? and without money u r nothing. so i can say everything is important in life

Right, money isn't everything but money is needed for at least the basic necessity eg food, lodging, clothing, travel expenses. U can't buy love, happiness, care by money.

Money is IMPORTANT but NOT VITAL for life. Just think of 'filthy-rich-people-sans-peace-of-mind' or the 'people-in-rags-yet-
happy' and you would get the answer.
