Well here it goes I have two older sisters. My older sister called me last week to tell me we need to start helpping my mom out. My mom is 52 years old and healthy with no job! She leaves with a roommate in a home. So my sister wants to open a bank account for my mom and she wants each one of us to put $150.00 each month for her. So all together it would be $500.00 a month. It might not be a lot of money to others but to me $150.00 a month is. My older sister works and so does her husband, so between them they make great money. The middle sister is very wealthy since she married someone with lot's of money. Myself well I am very bless because I might not have a lot of money but I get to stay home to raise my child and take care of the home. The thing is I know I can't help them out every month for the rest of my life. So my older sister has been pressurring me and I am getting so frustrated. How can I tell her I just can't help them out? Please give me advice!!

apochryphal books?

The 66 books of the Bible have a different Spirit than the additional books put in the Catholic Cannon also? Also, a deffinite different Spirit of the Koran.

How can this be, if the Holy Bible writes that the Holy Spirit is one Spirit? But the gifts are different.

I have personnally felt the difference when I read in them. The Spirit of the Holy Bible enlightens to me truth out of the Bible. It is a different Spirit than any spiritual inspiration of any Apochryphal books.

My sister and her family went away on a holiday overseas to America and asked my mum to mind their cat. Mum said that was fine.
They left on 26 December and havn't yet phoned her to say if they have arrived.
They gave her no contact phone numbers where she could reach them and failed to give her an idea when they would be back. She was really worried today so I contacted my sister's best friend to see if she had heard from them and she had told me she had received a few emails. My sister dosn't speak to me and so I had no idea if she and her family had arrived.
I thought at least they would have phoned just to see how mum was coping with the cat. Do you think it's polite for family to call just to say they have arrived
or not really any of our business?

If you dare ask a question with back-bone, Yahoo calls it a violation, and deletes your question.

Why must Americans who are passionate about their politics be censored by Yahoo in this manner?

If Yahoo Q & A seeks just answers and questions from non-passionate people why do they even have a "Politics" section?

I have struggled with my weight for all of my life. I have tried every diet but it never seems to work. One diet helped me lose over 50 pounds but I eventually gained all the wait back and some within a few months of me losing the weight. I am pretty young and I am 5-2 and over 220 pounds. I am seriously considering the gastric bypass surgery. If anyone has every undergone this procedure please help me. How long, in your case did it take you to recover ( get back to school/work)? Did the surgery leave permanent scars? Did you get nausea or find it hard to eat foods you liked before the operation? Was it worth everything you went through? Did you get infections or were in the hospital because of complications, what were they and how were they a hazard to your health. If you can answer any of these questions I would greatly appreciate it. How long after the operation did you see yourself losing weight and weight-related problems?

My son will be 5 months on the 11th and I have been trying to introduce solids for about the last 3 wks but I am having a hard time finding something that he likes. He is not very big on baby food or cereal at all, just spits it at me but putting regular food in the blender isn't working either. I have noticed that if mommy is eating something then he wants to try it. any helpful suggestions on what to do next? he is a healthy boy, weighs almost 19lbs so he isn't sleeping thru the night because formula just doesn't hold him over night
