Tune-up Utilities 2007
http://www.tune-up.com/
Comes on a free 30-day trial, which is usually long enough to fix most problems with the Windows Registry.

Though bare in mind messing with the registry if you don't know what you're doing can seriously screw-up your computer.

Word of warning.........Most people who think they need a registry cleaner don't. If you choose the wrong files to delete you may not be able to boot your computer again. Why do you think you need a registry cleaner?

Go to http://download.com and get ccleaner.

Not only has a registry cleaner (under the Issues section), but a disk cleaner for taking care of tmep files, etc. and other tools. Nice program.

Your first time using it, I recommend you use the option to back up your registery before cleaning it. Just in case....
