Watch a movie or listen to music. Call my grandmother and listen to her talk for about 4 hours then I can't remember feeling blue.

I listen to music, any song that has nothing to do with why I'm down, and then I feel alright after awhile. But I can't stand quiet when I feel down, 'cause then I'll feel worse.
