I do speak Brazilian Portuguese but the difference between us and Portugal is minimal. It's like comparing American English and British English. The translation you ask for is the same for Brazil and Portugal:

" olá amor, obrigada pelo seu comentário " (Girl speaking obrigada, guy speaking Obrigado)

portuguese from portugal and portuguese from brazil are almost the same... we can understand each other with no problems..
the words are the same... the difference is that they use the verbs different from us (brazilians) and the pronunciantion is also different
so.. any brazilian can translate this for you..
"ei amor, obrigado pelo seu comentário."

I live in Portugal, so I can tell you how to translate:
"Olá querido/a, obrigado/a pelo teu comentário".

"Olá querido, obrigada pelo teu comentário."

(I'm portuguese, from Portugal, and that is the exact translation)

Olá querido, obrigada para o teu comentário!

(that's European Portuguese, if a woman says it to a man)
