i had a dept with a company then i recived a letter from a dept collections company asking for payment, i didnt recive any corespondence from the company i owed the money to telling me it had been referd to a dept collections company. IS THIS LEGAL? the company i awed the money to still gave me the option to pay off what i owed them with no mention of a referal to any dept coloection company, so i paid what i qwed direct to the company i owed it to. now the dept colection company is telling me i owe them £10 in administration charges CAN TEY DO THIS? shorly if it had been referd to this dept collection company the company i originaly owed the money to should have withdrawn all meens of paying them direct, and informed me that any money owing was to be paid to the colloection company and not them. wher do i stand on this. will i end up paying the dept collection company ther £10 admin fee or is it between the company i owed and the dept collection company to sort out among themselves

Can lack of sleep cause weight gain?

I cant remember when i have a good night sleep 7 hours with no interuptions.I am a light sleeper cannot wear ear plugs as it makes my sleep worse.Any noise wakes me up and then it takes forever to get back to sleep .I wake tired out every morning .Any suggestions as i am finding my sleep patterns are putting weight on me .I am just plain exusted

I had a dream I lost my promise ring. What does that mean?

my boyfriend and I have been fighting. last night i had a dream that i lost the diamond ring he'd given me. I had a bunch of other diamond rings in the dream, ones that were even similar, but i could not find the one he'd given me, no matter how hard i searched. does this mean anything?

i smoke and work in residetial care and sleep in how will the smoking ban affect me?

my company is about to be taken over by one with a no smoking policy. As i have to be on the premises for over 24 hours as I sleep in on a rota basis how will this affect me. do i have any rights

Are the mid-terms a sign of things to come?

Here is my take. I think the Democrats gaining control of the Senate and the House is an indication that the country is fed up with the war. That being said, if the situation doesn't improve, I see more the same in 2008. Like it or not, the Republicans fate is connected to the resolution of the situation in Iraq.

Hi i am a mother of 3 kids, i work full time and i really want to lose weight this year. I am making it my goal to lose at least 40lbs. by 12/30/07. I am 4'11 and i weigh 144lbs, if i gain even 5lbs. it shows, i'm very curvy so i need some help in eating right and exercises i can do. If anyone know what kind of foods i should stay away from! I need something i can do after work with children. Thanks everyone!! :)

I HAVE TICKETS TO THE SMACKDOWN/ECW SHOW WHEN THEY COME TO OMAHA!!! Does anyone else have some? I so can't wait!! Look for a sign that says "Raw's Still Better" and there are pics of Raw superstars!! Are you happy with your job?

If not what would you change about it, and if you would choose a different profession what would it be? I went to school for Office business training and I am A/P for a big Lumber Supply Co. Don't get me wrong, I love my job at times, but it's not my calling. I would love to go back to school to be an Elementary teacher, I work full time and I have two kids and a husband to take care of, it's just hard to find the time to work school back into my busy schedule. Anyone no anything about a 2000 Trooper?

I need to fix my car, we cant find out what is wrong with it, It lost power we replaced the computer and the Ion sensor that seems not to help. Next we are going to replace the EGR valve any other suggestions.
