it means she wants a sucker to pay her bills, buy her dinner, and give her expensive gifts, while she is banging some other guy who doesn't have a job.

That means she really doesn't want a relaytionship right now,but she wants a nice guy to be friends with,take her out,show her a good time,and show what a really nice guy is all about. If thing are nice enough there is a slight chance of a sexual encounter, depending on what type of female she is. Then things just might lead to a serious relationship. Right now she just want a guy to have fun with.

When a woman says she wants a "nice-guy" it usually means one that will treat her with respect, compliment not only her looks-but the person she is, treat her as an "equal", except her for who she is and embrace her flaws. Of course, not every woman will want the same thing....I will definately have to say that we are fickle creatures BUT everyone deserves to be loved and treated respectfully.

Well, take that "nice guy" comment literally. What she meant is that she is fed up with the jerks and just wants a guy who is nice. It also likely means looks aren't that important as whether someone is a "nice guy."

Honey, it depends on the woman saying it..."nice guy" is a subjective phrase and it could mean they want a doormat or just someone with some manners...or anything in between...

A nice guy is someone who isn't going to cheat, someone who will respond to a woman's emotion, and really understand her. Yet will also be a real man, and will laugh and cut-up with you and listen when you need to talk. There is so much that defines that question.

IMO a nice guy is nice for one, he shows respect, he helps out when needed, he is a good provider and loves the one he's with. He is calmer than a "bad boy". All bad boys are good for is sex, no strings attached. Hope this answers your question :)
