Go to a Pilot Shop and ask for a IFR Enroute High Altitude Chart for the NY area.

Get in touch with any DOT office. They will be able to instruct you on where to find.

well you can get a truckers atlas at a travel center such as ta,petro,flying j.That will have a wealth of information or you can contact rand mcnally's websight.I have one that I dont use that I can sell you for very little.
