I know that they are called Good and Evil, or of the Dark and Light Courts. I know of the Seelie and Unseelie Courts, from Scottish folklore. Are there any other names for good and bad fairies in any other folklore?

Check out www.wikipedia.com. They have an entire page dedicated to fairies (Buddhist, Cajun, Italian, Modern - you name it).

I tried to do some research on the Queen herself, Lilith, but didn't find much, except how she apparently has been falsely demonized over the years.

The fairy Carrabosse, in English I think it is Carnabos, she was the 13th fairy who was never invited to a new born child because she gave the curse of deep sleep. Sometimes she would crash the party with a sweep.
