Probably not. Think of the benefits [which are set out elsewhere] to your "clients".

You will not have a right to smoke. You will have to go outside if possible. You may be provided with a smoking area. In Ireland prisons and psychiatric services are exempt from the ban. They have designated smoking areas.

The smoking ban will be effective in Wales and Ulster from April 2007, it will also come into force in England in June/July 2007.
The smoking ban will be in force in all public places from the above months.
You will not be allowed to smoke at work. You may not even be allowed to smoke in the grounds of the building where you work.
Never give up giving up.

Is this where the Fascists hang out? It is our right to smoke? Just because some government change the law bit by bit doesn't mean it's right! Fifty years ago, the government told us that smoking was good for us!
Does 2 + 2 = 5?
Is black white?

If the prisoner have been denied Human Rights by not being able to take drugs in Prison, then I"m sure you have a case.

No you don't have any rights. The company says you can't smoke and soon the law says you can't too.
You probably can smoke outside but more and more places eg hospitals are banning that too.
Thank goodness :)

You will not be allowed to smoke in ANY place of work. Therefore you will have to leave the building, but your employer will be within their rights to insist you take cigarette breaks in your own time.

hey look at the bright side.
now your teeth won't look like candy corn, you breath will smell better, your clothes won't stink and people may actually think you take your job seriously instead of just being there to fill in the time between your smoke breaks.

You will stay be able to smoke................outside and away from the premises. You will also have to use your rostered breaks i am afraid!! They may provide you with a shelter somewhere but they do not have to do this. Find out what they are going to do with the residents that smoke.............if any. You may be able to smoke with them.
