Theres this one song by Nelly that I cant remember the name of. Its off the "bad boys" soundtrack. And it has Nelly, Murphy Lee and Diddy in the song. And in the video they're all on the beach. Does anybody know which one I'm talking about? If you do, do you remember the name of it?

Its a 2005 (carfax shows it was bought in 2004) kia optima lx sedan and it has 34,157 miles on it and it still has 5 years or 50,000 miles warranty on it, and it is 9,995. The outside is in perfect condition and the inside is not that bad. Am i getting ripped off or does this sound like a good deal?

I started an weekly exercise program. Hit the gym every other day for 4 days a week. Do an hour of yoga on one of my days off.

I also take a multivitamin every other day along with a vitamin c supplement. I would like to take protein shakes now too to build muscle.

I'm about 6'1, 190. Ladies is that a good size? Is that big? I'm trying to build muscle, and tone it.

Can I just take one shake per week or do I have to take more? And is it true if you mix pineapple juice with vanilla whey protein it tastes more like pineapple juice (thus making it more tolerable to drink)?

I am currently at a college where i do not want to attend. THe area is in the middle of no where and theres many of junkies as you can say.. I have told my mom every reason that i didnt like the school..Yet one reason is that ive been having sex and people have started to start many rumors and people are very trifling down there. I'm trying to decide whether to go to the ocean and storm watch or the mountains and snowshoe for my birthday at the end of the month. The snow is only about 1 hour away and we can do that for a day trip anytime, but it's fun to stay over every once in a while. I had a spinal tap/lumber puncture done on tuesday night. My back is still killing me.
