I don't know about which shampoo to buy--But I have heard somewhere that beer is good for your hair--I forget why--putting it on your head--not drinking it though!!--Here--I found this on the internet:

Beer

Beer is used in hair care to remove residue from hair and serves as an effective setting agent for hair. Beer is considered nourishing for the hair as it reinforces the hair shafts, while adding a thin "coat" to the hair that helps to keep the hair in place. Beer adds proteins to make the hair shiny and it makes the hair feel thicker as the alcohol and yeast in beer combine to tighten the cuticle. Beer also acts as a gentle detangler. It is supposed to improve the way the hair looks and handles. It is actually an old-fashioned styling secret for women who wanted salon-style shine and hair manageability without having to pay big bucks. Use of stale beer too gives the same results.
Beers with a vegetable base of hops and barley are preferable to more chemically brewed beers for creating luster and manageability in hair. However, chemically brewed beers can more effectively remove build-up from hair due to higher acidity, and are good for oily-haired individuals or habitual users of gels, deep conditioners, and sprays.

Beer rinse advocates insist the odor of beer used as a last rinse goes away once the hair dries. The pH balance in beer is actually closer to that of hair itself and can be less damaging than alkaline-laden conditioners and shampoos.

I would suggest take a bottle of your favorite shampoo, and mix beer in it......there ya go 75 % shampoo with 25% beer......if you have an extra bottle almost empty wash it out add some of the shampoo from the bottle and mix some more beer in it, youll have 2 pop um in the refrig.

The vitamin B and natural
sugar add body and shine.
Simple Beer Rinse

Once a month use a can of flat beer after shampooing. Choose a beer that does not have a strong odor. Shampoo and rinse hair as usual. Pour the flat warm beer on your hair and work it through. Rinse with lukewarm, not hot, water.

Beer's natural ingredients tighten the cuticle of the hair shaft and give hair a beautiful shine.
Beer Styling Tonic
Beer is a very good setting lotion. It makes hair look healthy and shiny, and gives blown dried hair increased vitality, resilience, and hold. Spray a little beer into your hair using a pump bottle after shampooing, just before you dry and style your hair. You can store the beer for a week or two if you keep it in a sealed bottle in the refrigerator.

besides the undeniable fact that I easily have not in any respect tried myself, I easily have heard beer is a effective conditioner. Why dont you attempt utilising curd for an hour and then washing ur hair with a moisturising shampoo? Do you make the main of a hair serum after u've washed your hair ? It does artwork on frizzy hair and does not get too oily.

Dude, back in the 70s (I am dating myself) they used to have this shampoo called "Body on Tap". Its big selling point was that it was shampoo with beer in it. I used it, I do not remember it smelling like beer and I think it was a gimmick. I assure you if you love beer that much, you do not need to rinse your hair with it in order to smell like it, you probably reek of it already!

Why would you want to smell like an alcoholic? Just why? if your so hell bent on smelling like a drunk then after washing your hair, pour some beer onto it. If you like smelling like alcohol then you wont mind a bit of beer in your hair

Why don't you just try pouring a can of beer over your head in the shower? I'm sure you'll get the desired effect.

check out amazon.com have you searched yahoo? If you cant find it, I doubt adding beer itself to your hair would be any danger. Maybe it would stick to the gel if you also put gel into your hair. Check amazon and ebay

I think you should check eBay or amazon if you can't find it there then I would just recommend putting it in your shampoo that you use ever day whatever works for you.
