While i highly doubt your her cousin, there is a chance (incredibly small, like 1/1243124124124124, you get the idea)
Anyway, it is highly clarified that the chance of you being her cousin becomes zero due to the fact that your asking for her phone number on the internet.

I don't think you are neither her cousin nor her friend because you would have to to be really close to her i order to have her number so then you should remember it if you are REALLY that close.you should be looking for your phone like calling the company and asking if they can look for it or something!
