Hi there !!
Yes your new doctor can call the old doctor and request a copy of your medical records and test results, you just have to go and sign an authorization form for that.
Love light and peace

Hope that you are feeling ok, and that all of your tests come back normal. Best of luck, and health for you

Absolutely. Your new doctor will have you sign a release form for your old doctor stating that you give your permission to have all of your old records transferred to your new doctor. You even have the right to go to your old doctors office yourself and demand copies of all of your records right there and then. I have done this before. I walked in his office, told the girl at the front desk my name and told her that I wanted copies of everything in my file. They cannot refuse you these records, by law. Don't worry about a thing. Your new doctor will take care of things for you. Best of luck to you!

Anytime you go to the doctor, you can request a copy of your med records. Now, it may take a week and cost you a few bucks, but they must be able to give a copy to you.

If you have to, tell them you are going on vacation and need a copy, if it comes down to it.

Yes, yes, yes. All you have to do is sign a medical release form at your new doctors and he then send it to the old doc and your records are released to the new doc. Very simple.

Yes. Just find a new doctor and have him send a request for your record. You'll have to sign a consent to do it. Hope you find someone you like better.
