u have nocturia, it can be a symptom of a bladder infection or something else, you should see your doctor

I'm no medical expert like I'm sure all the responders above are... ;) BUT my guess is that you're probably just holding the urine in your bladder too long before you urinate before bed in the first place. The sensation of needing to urinate is caused by nerve receptors in the wall of your bladder that can feel when it's getting stretched out. So, if you allow it to get REALLY stretched out before emptying it before bed at night, the muscles will stay stretched out for awhile even after you pee, so you'll still feel as though your bladder is full because those muscles are still stretched out.
Try emptying your bladder a little more often during waking hours and see if that doesn't help...

That happens to me in the morning but ive never jeard of it before sleep hour.... thats odd, go see a doctor would be the beat adice here.

You might have a bladder infection.
See your GP as the only cure is antibiotics.

you may have a little kidney infection. try dinking cranberry juice for a few days.it will help flush out your kidneys.avoid drinks 2 hours before bed

Have a doctor check your prostat gland it could be enlarged even though you thinks all is ok .
