I have a medical problem with my shoulder than also involves a secondary 'impingment' (sp) I am going to the gym and I was wondering if there were any exercises that would make this inflamed that I should steer clear of. I was also wondering about exercises to strengthen the muscles over the shoulder blades and around the hips as I have hypermobility in many of my joints and need to strengthen my muscles and joints.

I wash my hair everyday due to the oilyness, I flatiron my hair daily, I did use a straighting serium but I stoped using it becouse I thought it was making my hair oily.Now i use a straghting cream and my hair is still oily,, Also I use a heat protant spray but I never apply it to my roots!!

My boyfriend had this a couple weeks ago, he felt like their were razor blades in the back of his throat when he swallowed and he had white stuff on and around his tonsils. The strep test was negative. I heard most strep tests come back negative. Is this true? Why would all the symtoms be their for strep then?
