I don't like religion. But I wonder if a society would have been without religion/god. I am a very honest and 'good' being, and yet I don't believe in religion/god. Could most human like me or are they animals who need to be kept on leash ?

a couple times when I've tried to submit a question, it tells me I've reached my limit. I haven't. The time just started over a half hour ago, I couldn't have. but then if I try again, it lets me through. anyone else?

ive tried setting pictures as background pictures but still nothing and when i go into desktop properties to do it there i cant even scroll through the pictures, its frozen, ive noticed if my pc freezes up and i have to end a task then the picture i chose will appear for a few seconds until the desktop comes back up

I live in a very cosmopolitan city, to which I see a variety of nationals on a daily basis. Specifically, I would like to know what can I say to Indian people as I'm passing buy, something they wouldn't expect a foreigner to say. So basically, I would like to know something else that is interesting and friendly to say rather than the ususal and boring 'hello.'

"You haven't heard?" said the older bull, "The farmer says we're not doing our job, that we're not taking care of our cows. So he's bringing in another bull."
"That's bullshit," said the young bull, "I take fine care of my cows. I'm not putting up with some new bull coming in."
"You're right," said the older bull, "neither am I." Just then the ramp on the truck slammed down, and out came the new bull. His horns were six feet wide, his eyes were bright red and steam was spewing from his nostrils.
"Come to think of it, I don't really mind sharing a few of my cows," said the older bull. But the young bull just pawed the ground and snorted. "Hey, Junior, take my advice and give him some of your cows, it'll be a lot easier," said the older bull.

Methusela was 900-1000 years old. In those times many people counted moon cycles......there are about 13 moon cycles a year. Instead of solar years, we could use moon cycles. Maybe Methusela was only 77 when he died....very old for the time. Wasn't there a verse (in the NT I think) somewhere that said man will not live past 100 years?

All my loan options fell through, even though I have over $100,000 equity in my home, I have until 1/10/2007. I owe $12,410. I'm not able to get that amount of money, but I am able to make the monthly mortgage payments now. I got behind because of losing my job(career) of 10 years, due to corporate downsizing. Very devasting to me & my two sons, I could understand if it was because of something I did wrong, but I worked 12-14 hours a day, 7 days a week, and gave my all to this company. Now I have a new job, and can make the monthly payments, but can't find a way to save my house. I have nowhere to go, I must keep my house, I worked my *** off for this house for the last 6 years, it means everything to me and my two sons. I tried talking to my lender, they want the $12,410 NOW,(BEFORE 1/10/07). Is there anything I can do? Anything to stop the auction to give me more time? Anywhere I can go for help? I'm open to ANYTHING to keep my home!!

He works days, 6am- 4 pm. Has sleep apnea. I work nights, 4.30pm- 11 pm. I am insomniac. How do we get over these fights??
I get upset cause i dont want him takeing so many naps, not only cause i am coinvinced that it makes his condition worse, but clearly we hardly ever see each other. I wish that instead of wanting to take a nap in ever free second he has that we could atleast do something together. Also i ***** cause i wish he would stay up later on weekends,....he wants to go to sleep at 10.30 pm like a usual work night, but then sleeps till 12.30 pm in the afternoon.
He gets mad cause i come home from work, stay up till 2-3am and then eventually with time fall asleep. I never take naps, get up around 10.30 am usually with the kids etc....
HOw can we both be happy and get over this butting heads conditions of ours?? It really does start alot of fights. I wish we could find a solution! Any help, or ppl in the same position?

okay, so me and my fiance have some issuses with our wedding.. my fiance wants his cousin as one of my bridesmaids and i don't even know her, now i want my 2 guy friends in my wedding, my fiance know my guys friends....so how can i have my guys friends on my side but have a girl on his side? wont that look wierd? and he wants 2 best men, and I only want have one maid of honor, so should I have 2 or he have 1? and finally...his 2 "best men" both have horable hair...like one guys gets mistaken for a girl all the time and the other puts his in the nasty ponytail...so is it rude to tell them both they need to do something with it otherwise their not in the wedding? please help me!

My 15 year-old sister just told me that she did it with her boyfriend! I've never done it, so i don't know what to tell her. She's so scared and so am I! She'll be disowned if our parents found out!!! O_o Is there anyway to get EC (I've learned about this in Health class...Hehe) without your parent or guardian knowing...I'm actually a minor too, so would I be able to take her to go get it???
