a couple times when I've tried to submit a question, it tells me I've reached my limit. I haven't. The time just started over a half hour ago, I couldn't have. but then if I try again, it lets me through. anyone else?

Hit the refresh yet and it will restoration the glitch. This spammer "guy" who has already anwsered this qustion is spamming and messing with yahoo. He went from point 2 to point 5 in like 5 days. it incredibly is getting on everybody's nerves.

It's happend to me at least 4 times, very frustrating cause I'm trying to reach level 5. Also it stopped counting my points when I was voting for best answers

Yesterday l was angry. My questions won't post and was even sent two violation emails. My questions are just like the others and not offensive in any way.
