When you have a k sound followed immediately be a kh-sound. Do you pronounce them both, or do they become meshed into one kh-sound?

For example,

emek, choresh...

Would it be pronounced like "emechoresh?" Or emek choresh?

It just seems kinda hard to say the k-kh together.

You have 3 coins, one has heads on both sides, one has tails on both sides, and one is a normal coin. You put them in a bag and shake it. You draw one without looking and look at it in your hand. you see heads. AT THIS POINT what is the probability that you drew the double headed coin?
there are 2 possible answers for this:
1: 50% as you have 2 possible coins one is the double sided one the other has tails on the back, therefore 50%.
or
2. 2/3 as since it's heads you had a higher probability of it being the double headed one because it has 2 possible ways to draw heads.

I maintain that it's 50% as you had no possible way of knowing you were going to draw heads until you drew it therefore it was tottally random until you looked at it at which point there is 2 possible answers therefore 50%. It would not be 2/3 unless you TRIED TO DRAW HEADS, which is a complicated logical thought. what do you think?

What´s the newest guidelines regarding Chemical pathology tests in Occupational Health Service-programmes? When companies subjects their employees with screening tests such as CRP, ALT, AST, Urate etc. and the workforce is closely matched with the general population and not in any riskgroup (in this case banking/finance), I find it questionable to carry out the tests. Of course there will be positive tests - but is it in the persons best interest to recieve a corporate sponsored, normaly distributed indication on an disease with no symptoms? Presuppose that the empoyees have the means to recieve adequate healthcare regardless of the employer (the set is Sweden with free public healthcare). What say you?

Once transferred to bed he sleeps well but will always wake at some point in the night and go back to the floor by the door. He loves his bed but just doesn't want to go there at bed time.
