I have paid for a Yahoo game but don't know how to access it - I haven't received an email with activation code. I have emailed the help desk but they are not replying

patience!!!!!!

it can take a while for the helpdesk to reply, due to volume of quieries they get, which are answered on a 1st come 1st answered basis,,

if you have mailed them, then usually you will get a responce within 24 - 48 hours , exc weekends,,

if more time has elapsed all you can do is keep mailing till you get a responce
