Hi click on the link below lots of good info there just for pregnant woman. Exercise can reduce the length of labor and reduce recovery times. The right exercise routines will increase stamina needed for delivery

You can do any exercises you are accustomed to doing. However, if you are thinking about starting an exercise program the first thing you need to do is talk with your doctor. He will tell you is there is anything you should not do or if you need to be cautious in any area. If you are healthy go ahead and exercise. It will make your labor and delivery easier and will make getting your shape back after delivery easier too. Good luck and Congrats on the baby.

any exercise is good, go to the gym you will see pregnant woman doing all kind of staff they are not dead.

Walking and swimming/water aerobics are best, but she can also do yoga (no inverted poses or twists though), and moderate weights (but only if she does it already). She should not attempt to start something new. NB: The bigger she gets the more her sense of balance will be off so please please be careful.
