Does anyone has the right to kill other ppl?? But world always bows down to power and if you have power you can do anything. You don't need to have the right. Whatever America does is right. When they kill innocent people then it's "war against terrorism". When they kill another countries ex-president then it's "a new milestone". So right is a silly word here. Americans can kill people in Iraq and in any country in the world. They don't need right. I just don't know for how long world will continue to accept it.

I think the American soldiers in Iraq have an inherent and legal right to defend themselves. We don't just kill anyone. We kill the insurgents who are shooting at us, we kill the Al-Qaeda operatives, and we kill the members of the militias, who, by the way, have probably killed more Iraqis at this point in time than the Americans, or Coalition Forces combined, for that matter.

So don't be an idiot and ask stupid questions like that.

Well the Taliban and insurgents are doing a good job of killing their own people. They kill thousands of innocent people day and night. I don't think Bush is a scum. I think he's trying to clean up the mess Bill Clinton left behind.

What people? The people trying to kill them? If that's what you're asking its a foolish question to say the LEAST. Absolutely they do. You'd kill someone too if they were trying to blow you up or shoot you. Try putting some more thought into your questions in the future.

No we don't have a "Right" to kill them, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't kill our enemy.

We don't have a "right" to eat Cherios either, but if we want to we will.

If you want to see our REAL rights read our Bill of Rights. If it's not on there, it's not a real "right." (per say)

if someone is attacking me -from any country or natioality I can defend myself and my family/home
But if there is some vague idea that a whole foreign country may somehow be "bad" or the people there dont or act or look like me-thats not good enough to kill Its too costly to get involved in these adventures anyway.

It's a war. Last time I checked the only rule in war is to eliminate the enemy. Your question should be is Iraq the enemy?
