I just bought a digital vidio camera that records on to mini DVD's. It can also record to a memory stick/ SD card.

I noticed that cards vary in price say a 1Gig from $35 to $150 is there a marked difference in speed and quality for these cards ? They use terms like 100x, multi media type and various other notations. The $35 card has a lifetime warrenty so is it just a speed issue.

Is writing to mini DVD disks better than writing to SD Mem cards?

I have a pentium 2, 350 MHz comp. I had a 17 gb hard disk, and I had XP installed onto it before. Then I thought ou upgrading my computer. So, I had the BIOS upgraded (or rather flashed) so that I could use an 80 GB hard disk. And after that when I tried to install XP, I got a stop error saying NT loader error. I was unable to install xp... neither can I install NT. So, now I am still stuck with 98.

Any idea how to resolve this?

Hes a guy, Im 18, we dated and broke and I wonder since we are best friends and all, but Im wondering if its still okay that I spend the night at his place. I have an alright linksys wirless b router, it wasn't my choice to buy, i'm a dlink fan, anyway i have a dilemma, the signal strength is alright, but i have two computers in the room about 10 feet away from were the router is, (both iMacs) one has airport(wireless capabilities) and the other doesn't, i want them both to be wireless, im thinking about putting teh router above my door which would be a straighter shot into that room, my computer is wired so it doenst matte were the router is, so is tehre anythign that can pick up the signal form teh router and amplify it into teh room, or should i use a wireless bridge that picks up teh signal and hooks up with an ethernet cord to the computer, OR use a wirless b USB card i have, which would be the best
