It's a bunch of bull crap. The earth naturally goes through warming and cooling stages. Several million years ago the whole earth was tropical. Even in Canada and places like that. Then we had the ice age where everything froze over. It's just a natural cycle and there isn't a damn thing we can do about it.

I believe that there is global warming and that we are a major cause of it. It will affect everyone in some way. Take the Rockies for example, alot of people get water from them. It might be a bad thing if all the ice and snow melts away because then we would have to relay on only rain water for transportation( Mississippi River), and drinking water. The snow and ice acts as a dampening so that in several years one year gets alot of snow another alot of rain it will even out a bit over time but if you have to depend on rain as your only source of water, well talk to a farmer about that one, he will tell you that you will be screwed in the end.
I think that it could increase exponentially, as the Artic warms up it may release large amounts of CO^2.
You know that movie "The Prefect Storm" , well we may have a few of them in the next 50 years.

I think its happening. People keep trying to ignore the facts. Another iceberg broke off in iceland 5 sq. miles. And We usually have bad winters here and it has barely froze. Its 50' in january... That is NOT right. Also if you look at satalite images of the Himalayas. The snow cover has shrunk by over half. Thats alot of snow milage! Climate change .. global warming call it what you will. But I think if we all ignore it thinking its going to go away.. We'll find ourselves in knee deep in problems.

more data needed for an accurate consensus. the global temperature average is up by 1 (one) degree Celsius over the past 100 years. not a very large increase but estimates predict that it will raise 2-3 degrees Celsius in the next 100

i think it needs some looking into. cause u know just look at the year 2006- over here the weather changes have indeed been drastic and extreme. earlier it was as if we may not have a winter(till November it was hot). but now it's the coldest winter ever 4*c compared to 2005's 15*c).
if something is not done we may be headed for the day after tomorrow.

its here and now, and it is very scary seeing is bleveing and weve been seeing. a big chuck of blue ice that has been in I think antartic for over a million years just broke off into the sea it was 3 miles long and i cant remember the depth but it was showen on tv. some site seer just happen to capture the vidio. now when a biger one breaks off this is possiable to cause another tusami (i think thats how its spelled). they claim if this dosnt stop in 3 years there is gonna be catastrmic effects. beleve it you cant denie what you can see.......

I think it sucks! Its going to ruin the environment and the earth and everything else. And it probably has something to do with the extremly unseasonably warm weather we've been having. ( I live in maryland.) On New years eve, we went swimming! THats not right, unless u live in like, florida.

It's a myth. Just one volcano eruption is equal to all the automobile exhusts in a 100 year period. The Earth is amazing.
It will heal on her own.
