I have an alright linksys wirless b router, it wasn't my choice to buy, i'm a dlink fan, anyway i have a dilemma, the signal strength is alright, but i have two computers in the room about 10 feet away from were the router is, (both iMacs) one has airport(wireless capabilities) and the other doesn't, i want them both to be wireless, im thinking about putting teh router above my door which would be a straighter shot into that room, my computer is wired so it doenst matte were the router is, so is tehre anythign that can pick up the signal form teh router and amplify it into teh room, or should i use a wireless bridge that picks up teh signal and hooks up with an ethernet cord to the computer, OR use a wirless b USB card i have, which would be the best

a wireless bridge is a good option, but you might want to try getting better antennas for your router.

linksys makes a gread bridge, it's just nothing close to cheap :-(
i use it to extend my wifi. it reaches about 30 feet @ 80% signal strength with the wollowing in the way:
a car, 2 walls and a cinderblock wall.

The bridge would be faster.

Try to match brands, I hear that makes your entire network faster.
