In the preamble to the Declaration of Independence Jefferson mentioned three Inalienable Rights: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. However, he did insinuate there are others. I think at there is at least one more inalienable right the right to choose what you do with your own body. That doesn't seem to be considered a right in America.

1)Definately freedom of speech, even more than what is allowed today.
2)Freedom to believe in whatever pleases one. Weather it be a religion or any other belief, like being gay and marrying gay, or having an abortion or not.
3)The right to due process of laws, and have this even more enforced than today.
Allthough there are 27 ammendments of rights. This would be my top 3.
