I connect to my company via a VPN client. I occasionally need to add a static route to reach my destination (I am using 2 network cards). I want to avoid going into command prompt every time. Is there a way I could create a executable that if I edit it properly, it will do it for me?

Sure, just create .CMD files with the necessary commands in them. Run the file to change your routing table.
