My boss seems very nice by giving me reasonable work load and he is a soft type. I have some peers in my level and below my level who reports directly to him. I do not want to play office politic but i wish to prevent from being a victim.
I heard a lot of peole playing it.

My boss has also some peers the same and above his level. Our president director seems very commandable and he likes to know everything. Everyone should entertain him.

I lift dumbbell weights and bench press but the only results i see are on my biesipes and fore arm. I need some excersises to work out everything on my arm(ie. under the arm, shoulder area, wrists and elbows if possible.

This may seem like a dumb question, but it seems to me that there is some element of risk here.
[Yes, I also saw the movie "CRASH" a while back--well I actually only saw the first half... Anyhow, even in this movie it is acknowledged that there is a risk factor here.]
Btw, I've always wondered this (wayyy before I saw the movie--the movie didnt influence me at all). * I referenced the movie as a self-check to make sure I'm not being a tiny bit paranoid, lol. *

I've got natural curly hair. Everytime I comb my hair back to get the "Pompadour" hair style, my hair messes up and parts on both sides of my head. Why?

In the second episode (the one with the sonogram at the end) Ross' ex-wife turned lesbian is played by a woman named Anita Barone. But that was her only apperance on the show. In the rest of the series it's played by another woman (Jane Sibbett) who we all know as the actual Carol. Does anyone know what happened to the original. Did she get the boot? Did she leave the show for another job? If anyone know's please let me know. My wife and I are dying to know. Thanks
