It's not against the law to cheat. It's not a crime. It's still cheating, though, and grounds for divorce.

There are no laws that ban extramarital sex - anywhere - period.
The Bible condemns adultery very strongly, but that is God's law, not the law of man.
It is only cheating if it is done in secret, IMHO - so why don't you sak if you can join in? Then it's no longer cheating, but something you enjoy together as an enhancement to your sex life.
Why do you want to know if it is against the law? Personally, I am happy that my woman enjoys other women - because she enjoys sharing too - and THAT is a bonus!

Adultery is against the law in most states, and so is same sex relations. But good luck getting a conviction.

Adultery is not against human laws - it is against God's laws though. It means the same if its with a woman or a man though.
