I have no idea where to start but i am desperate for change. right now i am 5'3 and about 250 lbs. i also have asthma and cannot afford to join curves or any club like that i am a memeber of the ymca but i have no idea what to do if i do go to the gym. someone please help!!!!!

keep fixating on my disability without giving a thought that they hurt my feeling?
i dont mean physical disability, but things that i dont have the means to overcome...like my height, or my quietness
that is how i am and i am fine with it, but why do people like to fixate on it, especially my family

Xmas has been a nightmare with a lot of arguing and my dad and i are just speaking. He's invited me out for lunch and I feel i should go BUT i also have LOADS of uni work to do and can't really justify such a long break (its hardly ther same as a quick sandwich which i can eat at my desk!)

ok, i am in college preparing to become a nurse and right now i am extremely frustrated and i just have to ask this, do nurses really need to know the Krebs cycle and all that other chemistry stuff that they cram into your head in science, i mean i know that anatomy and physiology is important but to what extent??!!?

Seriously, I can see typing "u" for "you" when your are hunting and pecking on a cell phone or trying to send a telegram and want to save money, but it doesn't take any more time to type "anything" rather than "nething" while communicating on the internet. Why do people do it?
