My Fiance is station in Mozul, Iraq. He is a Chaplain's assistant. I want to send him a gift he can use. For christmas we got him a digital camera and he uses it. He hardly get time of since the soldier trust him and not the chaplain. Which makes very long nights. So any ideas? By the way, he is not a christian.

I was wondering if anyone else could sense a demonic presence or see demons. I usually get a very uneasy feeling in the presence of people or beofre I enter a room. Sometimes I see shadows in the shape of unearthly figures, or a cloud of black surrounding me... Only spiritual minded people reply please.

"20 years of darkness, 7 days of hell, a lifetime of....."

This is a quote on the Navy SEALs. 20 years is the average age of a SEAL candidate who goes in not knowing much about himself (darkness), 7 days of hell is the famous "hell week" (google it), and a lifetime of... what? I was sort of thinking "enlightenment", but it doesn't quite cover all the bases like I would want it to. It's generally a word based on being more wise, not just mentally but physically too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On new years eve I was at a friend's party and I met a guy there and we talked from 9pm to 2:30am pretty much non-stop. We talked about random things from traveling to starbucks and things in between. My friend who was there said she had never heard him talk that much before(but she had only met him once). She took a picture of him while he was talking with me and he was starring at me without looking away almost the whole time. I know barely anything about this guy-age, family etc but at the end of the night he asked for my number so he could so me around LA since I just moved to the area. He hasn't called yet. I enjoyed talking with him but what do ya'll think? And what should I do next? I just need some extra opinions that aren't from my friends who want me to get involved with someone. I get missed calls, and I would like to look up the number before returning the calls. I know this question has been asked before, and there are many answers, but most lead to for pay sites. I am not willing to pay just to determine if I should return the call or not. So if you know of such a site your resonse will be greatly appreciated. I feel guilty not reporting.. but I don't want them to cause problems for me.. and besides.. the kids might go to foster care.. and that is terrible...

They scream every single day at their kids, sometimes for hours, and sometimes all day! They stomp around chasing their kids and yelling and sometimes swearing at them (even to the 4 year old). I know one time the mother was yelling at the boy and he was quiet and suddenly he started screaming in pain! I was like WTF? They have a teenage girl and a 4 year old boy. They slam doors and yell everyday. They rarely laugh together, but when they do, they end up fighting. They fight for hours everyday with their kids. But I don't think there is sexual abuse and i have never seen bruisess. I don't want to be that person that reports them.. and what if they do something terrbile in revenge to me (they will know it's me because I am trying to get them evicted). They live right over top of me...

ok..well my friend's mother owns a pet shop and they had this tiny maltese puppy come in who was on the verge of dying. After caring for him for 4 months in their home, Pookie is ready to be sold. At first, this older woman was going to buy him but now shes not because shes moving or something. My friend said that maybe i would be interested because i got along with the dog so well. I would prob get him for $400 or a lil cheaper. (Thats good pricing for a maltese!)

This may sound dumb but im worried about my cat that ive had since '96. Shes really old and im very attached and i feel like she'll resent me. I know everyone just says "its only a cat, who cares" but its hard when you've never had a dog and all you have had was a cat. Just gimme some info please!!

am depressed and i've been that for a yr ago and my life became so worthless etc...i dont wanna get any sychologist help anyway lately whenever i hear a song i just feel my heart is beatin soo fast towards my x gf,and i smile,i just feel that there is a big hope for us to be together although it's not possible but i swear to god i just keep thinkin of her every second...what does this means?is it high level of depression?or is it a sign of getting rid of my depression?
