I know almost nothing about car's
i sell computers :)
i'm almost 18 now
my first car was a 98 cysler concord town car
it was bought soly as somthing to drive around in
but about 5 months ago i bought a 96 dodge avenger es
It has 88k miles on it
i was told this car could be a nice smoothe running quick car
is this true?

but my question is
What can you suggest to increase my horsepower and torque with out doing to much work or spending thousands of dollars

In all honesty i have about 1000$ right now
im not to sure if this is a stupid statment but
i would like my car to be faster then stock mustangs and camaro's when i'm done with it

I've had issues with weight and food my whole life, but I've never made it apparent with my family because it usually just comes and goes in cycles. But since this summer it's been the worse it has ever been before. I got addicted to diet pills(prescribed kind that I got sorta blackmarket style)and started restricing/starving, abusing laxatives and chewing and spitting food into baggies when my parents were sleeping. I went from 140-110 pounds(i'm 5'1") in a little under 6 months and my parents think it's just because I was stressed at school.
I Know I have a really big problem and need help, I'm just afraid I won't be taken seriously. I'm not underweight and my parents see me eat whenever I do eat so I feel like they won't really think I have a serious problem and won't give me the kind of treatment I NEED.

How should I approach my family about my problem?

I've been with my boyfriend for 3 years. A year ago he got a new job in IN while I stayed in TN to finish up school. We see each other once a month. The long distance thing has been hard and I notice we fight more this year...Well, three weeks ago he got promoted within his company and moved again to a new town in IN. He met a woman there who recommended his apartment complex. He went to dinner with her twice and kissed her at the end of the second date. I found this out when I saw he was googling her on his computer when I went to visit, and I contacted her and she told me they went on 2 dates and kissed once. I dumped him immediately.

Now, my boyfriend is going nuts. He's bawling and saying that the only reason he went out with her was because he was tired of our arguing. He even is telling me he will buy me this $9000 ring and sending me pictures of it. I'm worried he will cheat again...Once a cheater always a cheater, right? But I love him so much. What should I do?

i have two type x alpine 12" subs pushing 3000w a piece. i need an amp to make these bump but im having a hard time finding a amp to make my system perfect. i went to a car stereo store by my house today and saw a amp made by a company called "BOSS" but i dont no bout them. it said on the display it could handle 5000W so im thinkin bout it. any help would be nice
