take corn mash, yeast and sugar. ferment and distill.
cleans battery terminals and rust off of trailer hitches.
when done correctly 2 to 4 weeks for the whole process
you have 190 proof alcohol.
In many states it is not legal to make, in some only a certain amount for personal consumsion. Read the Firefox series if you
want more information on this. I do not recommend it as it takes
years to get a good recipe and a lot of pratice to get it right.
Also although personal use may not be illegal having a still can be, it is a catch 22.

Composition, usually the cheapest local grain available, corn, sugar, water, yeast may be added but sometimes it is just let the wild yeasts in the grain do the fermentation, Some people make it from grape concentrate. Its just a matter of fermenting about anything that has natural sugars like your making wine and then distilling out the alcohol. The idea of radiators and poison. The lead used in the sealing of old car rad. would leach into the mix and indeed was poision, could make you blind. Hence the reason for knowing the source.
Fed laws and some state laws prohibit the mfg. of alcohol. but with the recent years advent of using alcohol mixed with gasoline as a fuel source has created an industry of mfg. of alcohol for fuel.
Moonshine was made by people in years past as a cash crop indeed maybe the only cash crop that some people had. When money was hard to come by and farmers bartered with their crops they also needed some cash so they made moonshine (made usually at night in the moonlight) to keep the operation a secret. This was then sold for cash, used as medicine, disinfectant, antisetic, used to extract other essential oils from herbs, flowers, etc.

Climate, like weather, describes the state of the atmosphere in terms of factors such as temperature, wind and rainfall. But whereas weather describes conditions as measured in hours, days or weeks, the climate is average weather conditions measured over the longer term: months, years or decades. At least that's the way it's usually described. The truth is actually a tiny bit more complex because climate also encompasses variability – for example, the frequency of extreme weather events. The distinction between weather and climate is an important one. For example, weather forecasts can be fairly specific ("it will be rainy tomorrow morning and cold in the afternoon, with temperatures dipping close to freezing") but are little use more than a few days into the future. By contrast, climate predictions focus on expected changes in average conditions, while recognising that individual days, weeks, months or years will always buck the longer-term trend. Each area of the world has its own climate (and indeed its own weather), though scientists also study the planet's overall climate system – for example by tracking the average global temperature. The term climate comes from the Greek klinein, or "slope", describing how the angle that the sun hits the earth varies in different regions.

Its typically made from grain or potatoes, but because it nears 200 proof, its really nothing more than alcohol. If it contains flavouring, it will be a VERY minute amount of flavouring. I recommend moonshine, but only if 1) you know your source and 2) you be careful on your first time. Its much stronger than people realize. Mix it with fruit punch, but drink it slowly. It has the power to get one drunk before one even feels a buzz

It is made of sour mash (corn) sugar and yeast. After if ferments it is distilled. Problem with it is that a lot of times the moonshiners use old car radiators which contain lead, and that can cause blindness even death when drank. Had a couple of guys in my outfit when in serve that got ahold of moonshine made using car radiators. They ended up blind from drinking it.
