In Leviticus 11 God, the creator of all things, clearly gives the rules his people are to live by. He specifically states that swine are unclean and shall not be eaten by his people. This directive is clear. It is obeyed by observant Jews as well as Muslims.

God demanded a covenant from his people in at least four separate areas of the bible and the Koran. All males are to be circumcised at 8 days of age in a ritual if they are strong enough to undertake the procedure. In the New Testament, a book largely written after the death of Jesus by the apostles, the Mosaic laws were cancelled or modified. The direct connection with God was severed with the introduction of the concept of God having a son, something which most people of the day found ridiculous.

Jesus ate no pork and was circumcised. Is that not good enough for today's self righteous and judgemental Christians or do they have to go around wagging their index finger and threatening eternal damnation for everybody else?

well his sister in in my cheersquad and she likes me.But there is a problem first, Im 14 and hes 16 and I am really afraid to kiss or anything else(im afraid of what he well think)and he has a girlfriend that is not right for him(he loves sports she hates them, but that is just the start)and I may not understand why he likes her but I guess if hes happy then Im happy for him.but when I told his sister that I like him and ever since that(this all happend in one night we were at a lock in at a church and stayed up all night)but every since that he comes around me alot and kept looking at me.he also keeps trying to be around me causully and keeps looking at me.I LOVE everything about him and seeing him everyday isnt helping me get over him and his girlfriend.he works at my house for some extra money(i love that he is such a hard worker).I dont know what to do! I have never felt that way about someone.my eyes immediatly draws to him.He has a great family and he has a great personality!

Why we hide as individuals?
