Why International Voluntary Organisations in India has a huge majority of white skinned employees?

Plain and simple. Their aim is (mostly) to convert as many as possible into christians !

Don't believe in the theory that americans are extremely charitable. As a percentage of the GDP, it is the Europeans who are the MOST charitable. America, by absolute terms is right at the top but, by GDP %, their contribution is meager compared to most other countries.

in a general context. i would say: white skinned people, North American or European. They have some free time, and are generous towards humanity as individuals. even here in the usa, i see commercials asking for volunteers for many different agendas world wide.

Many educated people have talents to offer less prosperous countries and find rewards in dedicating some of their time to a worthy cause towards humanity.

Many Americans use their vacations as a working vacation in other countries to help people.

I have seen statistics that said: overall countries, Americans give more than any one else world wide...not only through taxations, but also as individuals be it in the form on money or time..

We actually do care about the human family out there.

That is because even now there is a little amount of discrimination persisiting in us... It is not as blatant as it was in the mid 20th century, but still there is the racial unrest prvailing in the humans... All over the world there is a section of people always disliking and hating another section of the people...Is there a cure for this??????? May be Not!!! May be I will put up this question here !!!!
