We have recently had a kitchen fitted and among other problems, the door to an integrated appliance isn't flush, this may result in a complete refit, therefore over the christmas period we have been without a fully functioning kitchen as we do not want to put things in their places, eg. utensils, food, jars, tins, plates etc. incase we have to remove it all again. All these are kept in our baby's room and he is in with us, as there is a freezer in his room (among other things), we also have a fridge in the hallway and have been unable to tile/paint as we do not know what will happen next. We have been inconvenienced, to say the least and feel that we should be entitled to some form of compensation. Any suggestions?

So I'm 15, and so is my boyfriend, and in 10th grade. Last nite was new year's eve, and me and my boyfriend went over to my parent's friends' house. We ate like seriously all nite, including a lot of sugary stuff at midnite, which alwayz makes me sick if i eat too much. So then after midnite me and my boyfriend went up to watch a movie while my parents n their friends talked. After about 10 minutes i felt like REALLY sick to my stomach. so i told my bf and he like massaged my stomach which hurt soo bad, and then i kept like burping constantly, really loudly! it was so embarassing! He's such a sweetie, and was really nice about it, but it was horribly embarrasing, he wanted to have this romantic nite and i just got sick!!!!! how can i possibly face him at school tomorrow?!? and we were really close before this too, and it was supposed to be this really romantic nite and everything and then i got sick!!! i'm soooo embarrassed! anyone have any advice/been in this situation before???

My daughter had the chicken pox vaccine when she was a year and a half and we were living in PA. We've now moved to GA, and her new pediatrician says because she was given the vaccine only 25 days after another vaccine, it was invalid. They said they must revacciante her in order for her certificate of vaccinations to be valid. I'm generally pro vaccinations, but don't like a lot of a double vaccine, and I don't like what I've read about varicella. The immunity may only last 20 or less years, making my daughter succeptible to the disease when she's an adult. This is a childhood illness, and I've heard adults get more severe Chicken Pox cases, including shingles. Anyone else have any experiences/knowledge to offer?

I have never used ebay before, however I am desperately looking for tickets to a sold-out event, and this seems like the only possibility.

It's a lot of money for me to lay down with, for what I gather, no garauntee that the seller is honest.

What do I do?

I am receiving about $32,000.00 from my father's estate. I will be paying off a student loan for my wife of about $10,000.00. I really want to invest the rest as I am not in need of it. Relativley inexperienced with investing. I have also thought about putting $1,000.00 in penny stock GDLB. What do you think?

I have frizzy semi-wavy hair that poofs out if i let it loose. I usually wear it in a pony tail, but the pony tail isn't enough enough. Its just too frizzy. Ive tried wearing it in braids, but braids are too much of a hassel. Im planning to cut my hair. But im not sure wat length or wat style. If i cut it really short, like a boyish hair, would it poof out and look bad- ( and i won't be able to tie it up anymore)? Would layering my hair take the poof out? I need some suggestions please :)

In a year or so I will be needing to commute (most likely) about 45 minutes each way to work and will need a reliable, fuel efficient car. I know this is what everyone in America would like, but bear with me. I am looking at the under $15,000 range. I need fuel efficiency and was looking at TDI VWs but I keep hearing that they are maintenance money pits. I have the gift of making cars explode when I drive them off the lot (figuratively, of course) so I want something that can have parts replaced cheaply. I'm thinking a 4 cylinder 5 spd. Escort or Cavalier. I don't know what Honda and Toyota repairs go for. Appreciate any input from econ. car owners! Thanks!

Married 17 years, two teenage boys. Everytime my husband and I agree with eachother about something and we have settled what we're going to do or not do, when it comes to his blood (my in-laws) or his friends in the community, he forgets what we've discussed and does them the favor of whatever they've asked. Well, hello, what happened to me? I'm invisible here. The only time he really listens if I scream or nag.
