If a child is born with drugs in their system what will happen to parent?

My brother and his girlfriend just delivered a beautiful baby girl. The baby was healthy, thank God. But there was drugs found in the babys system. Since the family was contacted by Child Protective Services we have not heard from the Mom of the baby or my brother. Did they run or is it procedure to arrest them. I am in another state and I am not getting info from my family. I am furious and I think that she should be arrested and charged with child endangerment.

Are there tours of San Diego Juvenile Hall in San Diego, CA?

I understand if a juvenile has community service hours, that if they tour the facilities it is worth 10 community hours. Is this true?

What is going on? This guy is confusing me!?

I've known this guy for about a year...we were interested in each other at one point, then we both ended up hooking up with other people we know...I never understood why he picked her...cause...ewwww.
We just ended up being really cool peeps. From time to time he brings it up and says that he didn't know how to approach me, and now he says he has more confidence and that it would be different. Now I say...no...sorry too late....
what's his deal...I actually really liked him and it seems he just liked me as a booty call....
I don't get guys.....why does he still bring it up....?

My parents say that i am FINALLY getting a horse, but it has been months and no horse. Wat do i do?

I have piles of research on how to feed, water, and care for a horse, we have the money, we have the fence and barn planned out, so what do i do? i still dont have the barn and fence built and i dont have the horse, even tho we have the fence and wood and EVERYTHING picked out and we sit at the table everynight to talk about it!
