I've known this guy for about a year...we were interested in each other at one point, then we both ended up hooking up with other people we know...I never understood why he picked her...cause...ewwww.
We just ended up being really cool peeps. From time to time he brings it up and says that he didn't know how to approach me, and now he says he has more confidence and that it would be different. Now I say...no...sorry too late....
what's his deal...I actually really liked him and it seems he just liked me as a booty call....
I don't get guys.....why does he still bring it up....?

Typical guy....they like the challenge....and since you have told him that you werent available for him....it is divide and conquer time....and he will bring up the past to wear you down until you give in again....then he will be gone again....dont give him to him...you are better off without him...he had his chance and he blew it.....tell him to get a life and leave yours alone

He might still be interested in you, personally I think you did the right thing. Maybe if you two hang out more you will end up together. But until you know he is honestly interested in you, you should just try to get to know him better.
And as for the "guys confusing you" part ... they confuse us all ... so don't feel bad ...

well it could have been his nervousness getting to him and couldn't get the courage to ask you out and is still having feelings for you. I would say that you should think if you still like him or not.
