I have one eye completely Blue
and the other eye is Brown
does anyone know why i had this

when i was born i had blue eyes and at 9 months after birth my right eye turned brown for no reason

i dont have a heart condition or anything

I went to the doctor because I have been feeling foggy, tired, headachy, ALWAYS freezing cold and very irritable at work and around other people. The part that had me rushing to the doc was the fact that I woke up one morning and the hair on top of my head had turned crinkly and wiry out of nowhere! It also began to fall out over the next few days. Every morning I wake up with MORE crinkly hair and it's a huge bummer.
We agreed a TSH test was in order, he looked at my crinkly hair and it was the first thing out of his mouth.
So I get my lab results and my TSH is at 5.3, the high end of the test states 5.5 (which means it would be "flagged" at 5.5 as a problem)
I think 5.3 is a bit too close to "high". So... I talk with the doctor and he says ALL of my tests came back within normal range (I also had a platelet test that was flagged at 407! waiting on his reply for that)
Anyone think the TSH is high and what should I do about this? I like my doc, but I feel he's wrong on this one.

My friend and I went in on a gym contract (3 years). We are not even halfways into it and she's already stopped making her half of the payment. I know that it was a stupid decision on my part. I just bought a Dolby 5.1 compatable home theatre surround system. I was wondering if the cables I am using will allow for the surround sound to work properly. It's a pretty cheap system, and it doesn't allow for video to go throught the Amp, and then to the TV. So the audio must come directly from the TV.

My setup is this:
DVD player to TV with AV cables (Yellow, Red, White)
TV Audio to Amplifier with AV cables (Red, White)

I'm not sure if AV cables are the proper term, but it's the older style Audio/Video cables with the Yellow for video and the red and white for Audio.

Will the surround sound still work when I put a DVD in with 5.1 compatable audio?

My best friend and I made plans to hang out for New Year's Eve. (We're both 35-ish and single). I just today get an email from her stating some friend of hers will now be in town unexpectedly and she'll be hanging out with this person instead.
