It depends on what your goal is, but like the other guy said, a trainer will start you on a routine that will work for you. I would suggest to avoid doing workouts that are less relevant in real life. Benching is a pet peeve of mine. Its not too often you need to lift something heavy off yourself from a laying down position and there are other great ways to work your triceps and pecs in a manner that will be useful. I rock climb and find more lean strong muscles on climbers than anyone else. It creates EXTREME definition in your muscles and the stregnth it builds i have found very relevant in all aspects of life from carrying heavy things to increasing my balance, endurance, stamina and especially finger strength, dexterity and flexibility. If you are not already lean, going to a regular gym as well as a climbing gym will get you in shape faster. Dont forget to let your body rest. You cannot over train, but you can under rest.

Chulent. It's a dish made from beans and meat in soup and cooked together overnight so the flavors go through. It's very fattening. Also eat a lot of cakes and pie. These things will allow you to build up strength from your exercise without losing the manly ponch in the middle a potential wife will be looking for.

If you get a layer of fat over you, the added muscle underneath will make you look bigger and more healthy so people can tell your strong and a good provider.

Good luck.

i would suggest joining a gym and have a trainer design a specific plan for you, it really doesnt cost all that much and you will see great results if you will do what they tell you
