We are going on a diet strating on the second of January. We are looking to shed a few pounds, and be sure we don't gain any more. I need to loose about 50 pounds total, and her not that many. We are going on a Soup , Salad, and Wrap diet. Any recipes in theses options or any kind of recipe would be helpful. We are going to wrok out also, but, we are wanting to be careful on what we eat. Keep in mind we are young ladies, and are picky. I know that isn't good when you are trying to loose weight, and don't like any of the ingridents. Things that can be made in 30 minutes or less are great. We can't use a microwave for lunch, so keep in mind of that. We can try a thermos or something if the recipie needs to stay hot.
