My child was sexually assaulted by his biological mother on several occasions. They had 3 different video taped out cries, a letter from the hospital social worker saying the child had internal injuries because as he said it "he wouldn't touch him self" so he was beaten, a letter from the COURT APPOINTED therapist stating abuse occurred, when it occurred and how it occurred, CPS findings of abuse but still a NO BILL. We want to fight it, can we or does it mean the double jeopardy law is in place? We live in TX and fear the only reason it was ruled as such was because it was the mother. If any of this evidence had been entered into for a man he would be serving 20 years right now!

Does anyone think UK politics is getting silly? Dumbed down? No big ideas just compromise? Not very intellectual? etc. I just always get the impression that all parties just want to do what they think we want them to do. Has Tony Blair improved politics in this country or not?

the other day my brother and i got in some trouble well anyway we both got sent to our room. my brother is only 9 and when my dad got home i heard through the wall that my brother was getting spanked.

about 10 minutes later my dad came in and told me that i am getting spanked too. i tried to get out of there but he spanked me like i was 9. i'm 14 and too big for this. he even did it on my bare butt. how do i tell my parents i am too big for this.

I have a motorola V3i and every time I try to send a photo (even at low res) it says unable to send message try again? I am with orange pay as u go with credit on the phone. Can anybody tell me if I have a setting wrong on the phone or is it a service problem with orange.

I believe I am might be preggers this time, haven't had an appointment yet, (on the 4-have a papsmear(2), pregnancy test(1). I started what might have been a period on thurs. Since then it's only been light brown (discharge like) quarter size amount every day. My older sister in law had her period i am not sure how heavy or what not, the first month of her pregnancy. Thought that I would get an experienced opinion. Thanks!

I have a 1968 Fleetwood Mobile Home that I live in next to a Expressway in California, believe it or not it gets chilly and noisy. The inside is wood panel and the outside the typical metal paneling.
We don't want a big mess we have new wall to wal carpeting and new interior and exterior paint. I want to insulate it quick, easy and no mess.

I know the Fuji has 7.3 megapixels and the Sony only has 6, but are there other things to base the decision on? Both have the same screen size and zoom qualities but I don't know about shutter and any other internal characteristics. Please help. Thanks!!
