i don't see much of a difference. I just need to know pros and cons of both. especially on downloads

I prefer Zen...I have a Creative Zen 5 and I love it...I know one of the benefits of a Zen is you can use online music sites like Napster, Yahoo Jukebox, and several others. With Zune, Some of these sites are not compatible. I think the Zen is cheaper too.

Cons for Zen..When you try to upgrade it...You have a large percent chance of the hard drive dying...and the player will no longer work unless you get the new Hard drive.
Pros...They are pretty much impossible to physically break.

Zune is a HUGE failure for Microsoft.
There are literally MILLIONS of unsold Zunes that are sitting in warehouses, piled up to the sky....
Watch for a huge price reduction after the holidays.
I predict the price of a Zune will be only $150 by April or earlier.......WAIT BEFORE BUYING.
