I have a motorola V3i and every time I try to send a photo (even at low res) it says unable to send message try again? I am with orange pay as u go with credit on the phone. Can anybody tell me if I have a setting wrong on the phone or is it a service problem with orange.

there are some settings you need to implement to do photo messages. you can set these up yourself, or get Orange to send you a browser upgrade file. (note not a sim upgrade). Contact customer services, or look on the Orange web site for the instructions. You have to get the upgrade, and then activate it.

If you are using an old simcard from a different phone, it could be that the sim card doesn't support MMS or picture nmessaging. If you think that this is the case, phone orange (450 from your phone) and ask if that is what it could be. They will be able to tell you, and if thats the problme, they'll will send you a new sim card (same phone number and you don't loose credit) and you'll be able to message away!

give orange customer serviv=ce a call and they will send you the settings
