I know there is some law that previous owners to a home have to inform new buyers if someone died in that home, what about rentals? I am in the process of applying to rent a home, I was told there was some damage to the backyard where a car went through the wall... The wall is repaired but, can I ask or find out anything else about the incident?

I bought music files legally on MSN music for use on a Creative Zen MP3 player. I now have an iPod and wonder if there is any way to convert those files to a format that the iPod can use? I THINK the MSN music files are a protected WMA format and iPod uses MP3, but I am not positive. When I try to drag and drop the songs over to my iPod directory, I get a message that the files are protected. I've read in a couple places VERY convoluted ways (>20 steps) to convert these files by burning them onto a cd, but I don't have all the required hardware and software to do that - plus I only have maybe 25 or 30 songs - hardly worth going to such an extreme amount of effort to convert. Seems that if I bought these songs for my own use that I should be able to convert them to another format????

If I remember correctly, he was a blatant racist and possibly sexist, but in the end, he won.

What happened to him?

I have been unable to relax or sleep without antipsychotic medication for last couple of years. I also receive a very strong sedative, but it doesn't work at all without combining it with antipsychotic medication. Recently I got a foot injury and got prescribed with codeine. I expected that Codeine might make me relaxed since it's an opioid. Instead I found that my body resists the effects of codeine. My neck muscle stiffens and my heart beat goes faster. It seems like some kind of psychological thing is working on my body. I am supposed to be relaxed and drowsy, instead I feel alert and tense.

How do Chinese chefs get their meats so delciate and tender, yet full of flavor?
I have tried to duplicate it at home for years and have had some success with chicken if I marinade it in a chicken stock or broth. It comes very close.
I've had some limited success by marinading beef in a very mild solution of baking soda.
I already know about cutting across the grain and how to use a wok.
Does anyone know how Chinese chefs do it?

A little boy walks into his parents' room to see his mom on top of
his dad bouncing up and down. The mom sees her son and quickly dismounts, worried about what her son has seen. She dresses quickly and goes to find him.
The son sees his mom and asks, "What were you and Dad doing?" The mother replies, "Well, you know your dad has a big tummy and sometimes have to get on top of it and help flatten it."
"You're wasting your time," said the boy.
"Why is that?" the mom asked puzzled.
"Well, when you go shopping the lady next door comes over and gets on her knees and blows it right back up."

I had an abortion 5 years back and I am planning to get married soon.I don't want to let my husband know about my abortion even after my marriage.
Is it possible for him to identify whether I had an abortion or not?
Or if he doubt can he caught me by doing any kind of medical test or so ?
Please don't judge me on this question, I have reasons to hide it.

Hey guys, we have a 4 year old girl. She was diagnosed with pneumonia last year, and then reactive airway disease. She gets just about every cold that goes around and coughs so hard she throws up several times. This has gone on for the past year. She only coughs bad when she's sick, stuffy nose, etc. We've taken her to the doctor many times and have tried many different medicines, none seem to be working now, no signs of pneumonia in the chest anymore, sounds like infection isn't coming from the chest. Our doctor tells us there's nothing else he can do but I am positive it's not normal for our child to cough so hard she throws up everytime she gets sick. Just wondering, if anyone's been through this before? Is it time to see a specialist maybe, or they are no help?
