I think the tucked-in pant leg is one look. You can wear them either way. I prefer the tucked-in look. It is easier to do when you have straight leg jeans. You can find them at pretty much any clothing store. I know the GAP heavily advertised their straight leg jeans...
GOOD LUCK!

The gap has a classic skinny jean you can tuck in any boot, oh and try to find stretch by Paris blue. Tucked in pants are cuter, they show off your Uggs.

Yes, you tuck them in. When you are wearing jeans with boot cut bottoms, you can either tuck them in anyway or leave them out. They would be large enough to accommodate your boots.
Most of the time, however, it depends on you. If the boots are cute, tuck the pants in to get maximum exposure of the boots. If the boots are ugly, cover them up with the pants.
I only have one rule. If its raining and wet and muddy, pants legs stay in.

My guy goes crazy about me wearing long leather boots particularly if I wear tight jeans and tuck them into my boots! Try it and see the reaction of guys as you walk through town. First time I wore an outfit like this I was amazed how many guys I caught staring at my boots! Important though that you don't wear too long a coat as it'll cover your bum and spoil the effect!

As a guy I suggest tucking them in. All the girls I see when wearing both pants and UGG Boots always tuck in their jeans. I think it looks cleaner and nicer (more attractive), plus you get to sport off your UGGs for everyone to see. :)

I have worn my denims over my uggs yet be warned that the dye on your denim will probably rub off onto the right of your boots! (until eventually your uggs are darkish brown or black). For a guy, i'd imagine denims over the boots will be a significantly better seem.

I think flair jeans should not be tucked and skinny should.

Yeah, you can. Skinny jeans. Try HOllister, A&F, or Nordstroms.
