my brother told my mom today. that his ex wife wants the kids with full custody and him have nothing. his exwife has been taking the kids away from him every holiday like for christmas thanksgiving easter. my brother exwife wants everything for her

If I want to lose belly fat, what could I do?Something that I could do in my house. By b-day is coming up in 2months and my goal is to lose that belly fat I have. If I do 25 sit-ups and then 5 push-ups and then 25 sit-ups again for an hour and i eat right could it help me lose belly fat? Or what could I do? Help please. Thanks.

I have a 1.5 year old dog...he's a shih tzu/yorkie mix about 12 lbs. He was prefect until around his first birthday, he started growling when picked up or when we try to give him a bath. He usually doesn't bite but he has nipped at my husband and I a couple times when he gets really mad. I'm not real sure how to handle this problem and I've gotten several books but nothing has seemed to help much. I asked the vet on his last visit and he said if we neuter him it would help but I was just wondering if anyone may have any other helpful tips to turn in into a sweet dog?
