Maybe its her confidence, and personality. Healthy woman that are pregnant often have a glow about them. They seem so soft hearted, warm and loving. There could be many reasons either you're attracted to her maybe you're just attracted to her ingeneral, and she just so happens to be pregnant as well.

The above answers about the inate attraction to women who have proof of reproductiveness make sense; however animal behaviour tells us that genetically males of the species are programmed to get their genes into the next generation. Since men are egomaniacal creatures though their genes should matter more than the genes of another male ie the male who has already impregnated said female. That would make you an odd duck. I don't believe you are since personality wise most men are the same in this area.

Perhaps you have abandonment issues. I have a friend who is only attracted to women with children because his own mother desserted the family. He also rejected other things in his life that had a connection to his mother including her ethnic backround and native language.

Since you never mentioned whether the above woman is married or single I will expand on my theory. Perhaps you have dominance issues. A woman with a child is much less likely to leave a boyfriend as she may need him for a "father figure" or (as the weak ones often do) financial support. Having a child makes a woman very vulnerable as she is the sole emotional provider (this applies to single, divorced and married women).

Well, okay, see if this helps. Not wanting to get too technical or having to quote the human physiology text books here, I'll attempt to keep it short. Basically, it's something called pheromones. These are little known(for most, not all, people) chemicals emitted by the human body. Some are for attractants, fear and even for getting the groove on as it were. Pregnant women give off a pheromone that makes some men and even women rather protective of them. For others, it draws a sense of arousal to the pregnant woman. All in all, its really all about brain chemistry and how it affects you and everyone else around you.

Common or not, it is wrong and at such an emotionally challenging time for the wife. Selfish, shallow men with no standards/morals would do this, not the true family man. Both are out there in the world, don't let those selfish men tarnish your way of thinking. My partner loved my pregnant body, loved watching it change, sexually, well we couldn't get enough of each other. Pregnancy hormones had me jumping him at least daily, if he didn't jump me first. He found my changing body a turn on and his sex drive just sky rocketed like mine. Don't believe all you hear, some guys adore their wives, pregnant bellies and all.

Pregnant women are beautiful and thinking about having sex with them is normal.
Even though I understand that pregnant women don't feel sexy, there is just something about them (especially if they are actually attractive without being pregnant) which literally brings me to my knees.

Men are attracted to pregnant women because of their own feelings of wanting to reproduce, settle down and all that whether you're 16 or 66. You see a future in her (not like you being with her) You can envision your own wife pregnant with your kids. It's a subconscious guy thing. Men are also attracted to women who look as though they are "baby breeders" (think round hips, ample bottom, full breasts.)

I've heard it's a "nature" thing. The "primitive" part of your brain that wants nothing more than to reproduce finds that girl attractive because you know she is able to reproduce.

being on the inside, i am honestly tell you that when i was carrying my last child, many men threw themselves at my feet. It was after i had the child with my husband that men turned the other cheek as they say. My daughter who was not so lucky during her baby's delivery (she died during birth), was so sad, but most of it was due to having STD's contracted from her previous husband and not getting tested in time.
